Best Smoothie Bowls in Boston
I've never met a smoothie bowl I didn't like. As long as it's topped with fresh fruit, any nut butter, and a nice crunch, I'm on my way to a satisfied belly. I make a smoothie for myself (and plus one) every morning, but my attempt at bowls have never proved worth the effort. Here's my round-up of favorite smoothie bowls around Boston:
#1 Jugos | South End | My order: the Santo Domingo | Pitaya, guava, cashew, oats maca, banana, almond milk; topped with chia, almond butter, raspberry, granola, and banana
#2 Mother Juice | Boston Public Market | My order: Acai bowl | Acai, banana, blueberries, coconut milk; topped with almond butter, granola, fresh berries, and coconut flakes
#3 The Juicery | North End | My order: Acai Bowl | Acai, guarana, banana, almond milk; topped with fresh banana, peanut butter, granola, coconut, and cacao nibs
And here are a couple I haven't tried but are on the list:
Nu Kitchen | Somerville
Life Alive | Back Bay
Cocobeet | Government Center
Liquiteria | Harvard Sq
