Shipping and Handling

Sailormade processes and ships orders form Boston, MA. 

All orders placed Monday through Friday have a 24-hour processing time, dependent on stock availability. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping

We offer 4 shipping options for all domestic addresses. Please review the following for service provider, estimated ship time and rates. Please note, Sailormade is not responsible for any delays in shipments or lost or damaged merchandise. 

USPS First Class 3-5 business days FREE
USPS Priority 1-3 business days $10
FedEx Ground 1-5 business days $15
FedEx 2Day 2-3 business days $25

*The delivery time is an estimation for the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may have lengthier shipping times. 


International Shipping

We offer International Shipping via FedEx only (with additional options for Canada only). Please note, customers are responsible for all customs fees. Sailormade is not responsible for any delays in shipments or lost or damaged merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL 
FedEx International   7-21 business days $35*

*This is the estimated international charge for FedEx shipping services. Occasionally, international locations have charges much higher than our shipping fee. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the difference in the cost in shipping. A Sailormade representative will reach out directly and ask the customer to submit payment via PayPal prior to shipment.
