We hope you love your Sailormade purchase. However, if you'd like to return, exchange or need a repair, please review our policies below.
We accept returns up to 30 days after items are received. All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Any items received after 30 days will only be eligible for or credit.
Returns must be sent back with all original packaging (excluding shipping envelope). All merchandise is reviewed by customer service. Any worn or altered merchandise will not be eligible for a return or will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Sailormade is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during the shipping process. Please do NOT package your goods in a letter envelope, trust us!
All custom or personalized products are FINAL SALE.

For domestic orders, Sailormade will provide a pre-paid USPS shipping label for your return once your request is processed.
Returns are processed once a week so please allow up to 14 business days upon shipment of your package to receive receipt of your Sailormade refund.
We do not provide return labels for orders made outside of the USA.
Sailormade is no longer accepting exchanges in order to process refunds faster. If you ship back your order requesting an exchange, the shipment will be processed as a return. All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. No exceptions.
We will make reasonable repairs on manufacturer-based issues up to 1-year after purchase date. Please note, our repair process can take up to 4 weeks to complete after we receive your item in the mail.
