Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

We hope you love your Sailormade purchase. However, if you'd like to return, exchange or need a repair, please review our policies below. 

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after items are received. All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Any items received after 30 days will only be eligible for exchange or credit. 

Returns must be sent back with all original packaging (excluding shipping envelope). All merchandise is reviewed by customer service. Any worn or altered merchandise will not be eligible for a return. 

All custom or personalized products are FINAL SALE

Please allow up to 10 business days upon us receiving your return package to receive receipt of your Sailormade refund. 

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges up to 30 days after items are received. All exchanges received after 30 days will have to be approved by customer service. 

Exchanges must be sent back with all original packaging (excluding shipping envelope). All merchandise is reviewed by customer service. Any merchandise showing unreasonable wear or alterations will not be eligible for an exchange. 

All custom or personalized products are FINAL SALE.

Please allow 3 to 5 business upon us receiving your exchange package to receive receipt of your new Sailormade item shipping out. 

Repairs

We will make reasonable repairs on manufacturer-based issues up to 1-year after purchase date. Please note, our repair process can take up to 4 weeks to complete after we receive your item in the mail.
