Return + Exchange Policy

Sailormade will accept return and exchanges up to 14 days after items are received. All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Any items received after 14 days will only be eligible for or credit. 

Returns and exchanges must be sent back with all original packaging (excluding shipping envelope and gift box). All merchandise is reviewed by customer service. Any worn or altered merchandise will not be eligible for a return or will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Sailormade is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during the shipping process. Please do NOT package your goods in a letter envelope, trust us!

For domestic orders, Sailormade will provide a pre-paid USPS shipping label for your return once your request is processed.

Returns and exchanges are processed once a month so please allow 5-10 business days to receive receipt of your Sailormade refund once your shipment is marked at returned in our system. 

International Returns

We do not provide return labels for orders made outside of the USA. 

Repairs

We will make reasonable repairs on manufacturer-based issues up to 1-year after purchase date. Please note, our repair process can take up to 4 weeks to complete after we receive your item in the mail.
