It's best if your Sailormade bracelet fits snugly. We suggest that you measure your wrist with a flat measuring tape. Wrap it tightly around your wrist to get your measurement then find the corresponding bracelet size on the chart below. This applies to any bracelet in our collection. Note: not all bracelets are offered in every size. 

If you're buying for someone else, use this as a starting point - the most popular size for women is a Medium and for men is a Large.

We offer men's belts in sizes 32, 34, 36, 38, and 40. Sizing is simple. Just round up one step from your waist size. So, if your waist size is 34 or 35 then your belt should be a size 36.

All orders placed Monday through Friday have a 24-hour processing time, dependent on stock availability. Orders placed after Friday 5pm will be processed the following Monday. If you have a delivery deadline you want to be sure you hit, please give us a call at (978) 986-4660.


We offer a flat fee of $35 for all international shipping through FedEx that arrives 7-10 days after processing. Additional charges may apply if shipping address falls outside of the FedEx delivery area. Tariff estimates may also impact total charges. You will be notified by e-mail if there is an additional charge and shipping will be held pending your reply.


You have the option to have your entire order or any item in your shopping bag gift wrapped for an additional $4.00 per item.  You can also include a personalized note. Simply select the gift wrap option during checkout and we'll take care of the rest. If you have a more complex request, just email us in the Comment section during checkout.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch/Maestro, and Discover.  Payments are taken securely online at checkout.


We hope you love your Sailormade product as much as we do.  However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we accept all merchandise in its original condition (all tags attached + packaging included) within 30 days of your original purchase. All you need to do is complete the return form enclosed with your order and include it in your package. An email will be sent notifying you that your return has been received.  If you are exchanging a product, your replacement item should ship out within 10 business days.  Kindly note, Sailormade is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Please package your return with care, since items damaged in transit can’t be refunded. Please allow 5 business days for refunds to be processed.

Most of our hardware is sealed to keep its finish but, as with everything in life, there is bound to be signs of wear at some point. If you aren't into the vintage, weathered look, then to clean your Brummel bracelet or belt hardware, simply polish with a dry silver polishing cloth.

Our ropes are authentic marine cordage (often made in colors for us that you won't find on a boat!) and are made with the water in mind. Whites will tend to get a bit gray over time. To brighten, use a drop of detergent (or OxiClean) and a toothbrush.
